Refund policy

 General  Policy

At Maria Estrada Make Up, we are committed to delivering a luxury, personalized beauty experience. Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are subject to the following refund terms.

2. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service balance.

  • Deposits guarantee your selected date and time.

Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.

3. Cancellations​ Bridal & Event Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled date: deposit remains non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: payments made are non-refundable.

​

Regular Makeup Appointments:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment: deposit may be transferred once.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: deposit is forfeited.

​

4. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Future bookings may require full prepayment.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may:

  • Have their appointment shortened

  • Be required to reschedule

  • Forfeit their deposit

Full service fees still apply.

6. Satisfaction Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us.

If adjustments are needed:

  • Concerns must be expressed during the appointment.

  • Minor touch-ups can be made on-site.

Refunds are not provided once the service has been completed.

7. Allergies & Skin Reactions

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

  • Skin conditions

  • Allergies

  • Sensitivities

Maria Estrada Make Up is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

8. Force Majeure

In the rare event that Maria Estrada Make Up must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • Or may choose to reschedule.
